On Monday, June 19, 2023, I or my organization will be participating in the parade. Arrival time is 9 am at 52 North Main Street, Middletown.  Those that are coming on a bus, your bus will deboard you at the above address and will go and park down in the cul-de-sac at south green where the parade will end.  It is the responsibility of your organization to lock all vehicles.  *By submitting this form I waive any responsibility to the Middletown Ujima Alliance and the City of Middletown for any health issues that may arise during this event.*
